How To Schedule
The list of Challenge L.I.F.E. Services, LLC services are below, which are to be scheduled. However, not all of the services listed below are currently available.
The appointment slots for the services listed are for scheduling an Intake / Assessment or Consultation, with the exception of the Family Court Mediation slots.
For the Family Court Mediation slot, you are choosing the actual date your Initial Mediation appointment is scheduled to occur. All requested fees and paperwork will need to be completed and/or received prior to the date of the Mediation.
As for the other services listed, the actual date the service is performed (i.e. officiating a wedding ceremony, ongoing coaching sessions) and follow-up appointments will be scheduled accordingly after the initial appointment and once the client has entered into a contract with the provider.

The service start dates for services that are currently unavailable are estimated start dates, and may be subject to change due to provider availability. In the event any appointments are scheduled for slots that changes to unavailable, the Service Provider will reach out to those individuals prior to canceling for an opportunity to reschedule.
