CLS services that we provide are mediation, coaching, mental health, health education, and mobile notary services, for which most services are typically provided as a mobile service. We use Your Personal data to provide information and improve the Website and Our Services. Service refers to the each individual business line of work that is performed by the Company or its service provider. 

Service Provider refers to the individual who own/operates CLS, individuals employed by the Company or Third Parties used to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform work related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used. Standard message and data rates may apply to any messages sent by us or you. Please contact your wireless provider with any questions regarding text messaging or data rates and plans. Text messaging service will not continue beyond use of Service except in cases where fee’s or invoices are necessary. 

Text messages concerning scheduling appointments, and appointment reminders from Provider, does not include HIPPA protected health information. You will not receive commercial, promotional, or advertising text messages from Us, unless a specific option to Opt-In is given. However, We do not guarantee information sent or received via text messages is secure. There are security risks associated with sending information via text message. By agreeing to the Privacy Policies, you acknowledge you have been warned of and accept such risks.

We will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms of Use or any other contracts or legal agreements entered into between You and Us, or if it is not technically feasible to delete your personal information.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for shorter periods. With the exceptions of when this data is used to strengthen the security, prevent fraud or abuse, to improve the functionality of Our website, or for the Services that We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Family Court Mediation will be kept no more than 30 days after the duration of the Mediation process, (i.e. a full or partial agreement is settled, the parties decline to mediate, the Mediator ends Mediation). 

Coaching Services service records information will be kept up to 6 months from the date of case closure. 

Integrative Mental Health and Nutrition is a Mental Health service. The service records will be retained based on South Carolina Mental Health record retention recommendations. A minimum of 7 years for after the last date of service for adults, and for children until the age of majority or a minimum of 7 years if the age of majority is reached before 7 years after the last date of service.

South Carolina Mobile Notary Services customer records will be kept no more than 30 days after service is completed. 

Your information, including Personal Identifiable Data, is processed at CLS operating office and in other places where the parties involved in the process are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.
