At Challenge L.I.F.E Services, LLC (CLS) I believe that we all have within us the resources and ability to create the change we want in our lives. However, often in order to realize or manifest the change we desire to achieve we greatly improve our chances of success if we don't go it alone. That’s why my approach is collaborative, and I work best with those who are proactive about their change. I will work with you, not against you to develop a plan on how you can best make it through your transition. Whether it’s a gentle push in the right direction, or a more direct approach you need you’ll find the support for you here at CLS.
I hold an active license with the South Carolina State Labor and Licensing Board as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Although my role will not be that of a mental health therapist, (with the exception of the Integrative Mental Health and Nutrition Service), it is still important to my roles for CLS. That means, for ALL of the services I provide, I operate in accordance with the ethics practices, and laws that govern my license. I practice with integrity and treat each client with dignity and respect because that’s at the forefront of who I am as a person and a businesswoman.
Due to my career as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring a unique insight into the behavior and emotions of people. I often meet people when they're going through their “worst” However, I believe in their best. I bring my sharpened ability to assess situations in which people seek my help. I also bring my ability to identify problems, and barriers to solutions, find solutions to goals, and know when to refer to outside resources to aid in client progress. My personal skills and mindset I apply to CLS is the ability to find ways of bringing people together, helping them reach agreements, helping families work better together, and encouraging healthy goals. Why wait any longer, let's get started Together.

My name is Panora Z. Wallace and I'm a native of Columbia, SC. I graduated from USC Columbia with a B.S. Degree in Psychology in 2003. I then received my M.A. Degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Webster University in 2006. Then In 2007, I decided to relocate to begin a career as a Mental Health Counselor. Since then I have continued providing counseling as a licensed professional counselor, and is a proud co-owner of a successful private practice for over 10 years.
I later became interested in how organizations, corporations, and businesses function from a psychological and behavioral perspective, and how they could be improved to train and retain employees. This led to earning an M.S. Degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology in 2016 from Capella University, which included an emphasis on Coaching and Executive Coaching Skills. All of my education has served to bring Challenge Life Services to fruition.
Building upon that foundation I received a certification in Integrative Mental Health and Nutrition, a certificate from an approved course through the South Carolina Bar in Family Court Mediation, and certificates for a Life Coach and Divorce Coach in 2023. Throughout my career, I’ve enjoyed working with children, adults, and families providing individual, family, marriage, and couples therapy. Because of my love of people and through my professional career I regularly meet people and help support them through what may be the toughest time in their lives. I assist them in breaking barriers, working through transitions, focusing on real solutions, and being an advocate. This is also included in my years of marriage and couples therapy, where additionally I assist couples in setting goals and reaching mutually peaceful solutions or resolutions.
I sought continued education and training to further my reach and my ability to serve people outside of mental health outpatient care. The expansion into additional services aligns with the knowledge, ethics, and quality of care in the services I’ve been providing for years in business. I am equally proud to own Challenge Life Services which is a culmination of all of my professional interests, skills, training, education, and pursuits for almost 20 years.
