I'm a direct, yet compassionate Coaching professional who provides valuable assistance to those individuals seeking additional help navigating a transformative time in their lives. 

Your coaching may require using a traditional and/or an unconventional style as your key methods, so my approach used as a Coach is to leave space in the process for change, being flexible, and ready to adapt to changes when necessary. Some of the techniques and skills used include but are not limited to evidence-based practices and self-help skills. The Coaching process will provide information and resources tailored to meet Your unique needs and goals.
